经过测试有部分手机游览器不支持新通行证系统，目前已经确定QQ游览器，UC游览器会有登入问题，已经转交相关人员处理了。
新版登录不支持ucweb, 手机qq等非标准浏览器，因为他们功能并不全
现在手机流量也不贵，直接换原生浏览器？
