1.权限低于当前星系权限的玩家将看不到，该星系内其他玩家舰队的实际数量。
除了以上那点外,建议限制权限低于当前星系权限的玩家将无法殖民,但船可以自由进出,这样打仗时比较方便 黑屋此层级者无法主动攻击敌对星系..这样一来能方便被动防御,也能防手滑 当然这只是建议...
感觉若这些设定都能有..权限方面的分级设定就很完美了
