同盟的存在完全破壞了勢力修正存在的意義.建議增加宣戰功能,宣戰後攻擊屬於正當理由,兩國同時對一國宣戰則默認兩國同盟,勢力修正將受影響.不宣戰攻擊屬於偷襲,將對勢力修正做出懲罰.
連打個ZY都需要JN,SK兩國同時...還有啥平衡可言呢,可憐了無辜的老百姓
